Assalamu Alaikum to all my friends I hope all are well and welcome to my new post-Alhamdulillah I am also well and today I am here to participate in a great contest so first of all I want to thank @steemit-ironchef who organized such a beautiful contest and this I always like contests like this because here I can mention the recipes of the day and what kind of food I consumed throughout the day.

MORNING TIME

Due to the extreme heat for quite some time morning food and drink were not done properly and I lost interest in eating in the morning but today suddenly there are clouds in the sky and it is raining a bit so I feel very good and since the heat is less effect I thought let's eat something good so I Today I made chicken biryani for the morning as everyone in our house loves to eat chicken biryani so I made chicken biryani I made it but there is a little problem that my little son is not very fond of that stuff and he was not ready to eat the biryani as it was a bit too solder and so I fed him hot rice and a fried egg and that was what I had this morning A good breakfast for.

LUNCE TIME

Since the chicken biryani was eaten in the morning, some of the chicken has remains and I didn't try to keep it in the fridge for later consumption so I thought today I would make a recipe with this chicken with gourds as I have gourds in the fridge, bought the gourds two days ago but It's not cooked yet so I'm ready to make a great recipe with Gourd and Chicken today and today I'm going to give this Chicken and Gourd full recipe I will mention the method here but let's get started,

My recipe can be prepared very easily with all these ingredients but now let's know its preparation method step by step

First, take a whole Gourds are young

then chop some onions along with bay leaves and garlic cut

then put it on the stove in a pan and add chopped onions and bay leaves

there After some time add oil there and fry it well

Today's recipe I made is very tasty to eat with hot rice and it has a lot of nutrients. Chicken has enough nutrients and also gourd is added here. So I made a great healthy recipe with vegetables and chicken which is a very nutritious meal for my family.

In the evening today, first thing I have a banana for Banana has a lot of nutrients and help to digest food Banana has no pairing also I have a cup of tea which is a part of my habit also we had jackfruit in our house He used to eat khi muri with jackfruit but my son likes jackfruit very much One didn't like it so I kept some Pomegranate for him and the very tasty jackfruit and muri were enjoyed by everyone in the house for afternoon.

As protein-rich and mineral-rich food was consumed throughout the day I wasn't ready to have a heavy meal at night so I made deros bhaji at night and made a recipe with puishak brinjal and kachu which is healthy and filling and a lot of deros in Bangladesh during hot season Available and has lots of nutrients in deros I am my son after every days diet recipe and all my family like this deros recipe.

CONCLUSION

While selecting the daily food list, we must select healthy and nutritious food and we should aim to keep nutritious food in the daily food list. My food lists are selected in such a way.
