Wishing all my friends good health and Alhamdulillah I am also fine and enjoying the day well today I am here to participate in a food contest and for that, I first want to thank @dasudi who organized such a beautiful contest . Keeping daily in our food list and making for all our family members today I will mention here the best food recipe I made. I hope you will like it very much.
Today I am going to mention here a great and delicious pangas fish recipe with gourd. Gourd is a very useful and nutritious vegetable for all of our body. We all know that gourd should be included in our diet occasionally. This gourd helps a lot in digesting our food and makes us helps to keep the body cool also gourd has many benefits for proper digestion of food in our stomach and pangas fish has a lot of oil many people don't like pangas fish but pangas fish oil is very good for our body so today I have prepared a delicious recipe with gourd and pangas fish. But let's get started.
Here are the ingredients that will be required to prepare my recipe |

It is possible to prepare my recipe very easily with all these ingredients but now let's know the step-by-step method of its preparation |

First, I took a whole gourd,

then chopped the onions and bay leaves,

then cut the gourd into small pieces,
STEP 4 |

then cut the fish into six pieces and washed them well with clean water.

Then put it on a clean fry pan burner stove and add onions and bay leaves there

after a while add oil and some whole cumin seeds
STEP 7 |

then take the dry spices to a plate and also take a spoonful of ginger paste here I have not added garlic because it doesn't taste good so I avoided garlic

then I pour the spices into the onion and saute it well for a while

then the oil will come to the top then add the chopped gourd gains to the onion

then all Mix the spices and gourds well and give it some time to boil

then take another frypan and heat the oil in it

then add salt turmeric and some dry rust powder to the washed fishes

and then mash the fishes well Keep it marinated.

Meanwhile, when the oil is hot, add the marinated fish to the oil and fry well.

After 5 to 6 minutes, when the fish is fried, take the fish to a plate.

Then, when the gourd is slightly cooked, add the fry fish.

Then when everything is cooked well add water and sprinkle a spoonful of roasted cumin seeds on top
