How are all my friends hope all are well and I am also alhamdulillahToday I am here to participate in this food contest first of all I want to thank @steemit-ironchef who organized such a beautiful contest also I love food contests and I am ready to participate here today I will mention my daily diet in this contest but let's start.
MORNING TIME |

After waking up this morning I thought that I had to cook these niharis for Eid today so I woke up early in the morning and cooked nihari and cooked bread with it. It was hot day today so today I added a whole lemon with a little bit of salt and made a homemade juice by mixing two spoons of tang,
this juice is very delicious to eat, I and my family ate the juice, it was perfect to eat cold cold juice.

Noontime came and I was ready to cook today I made a recipe with potato and bitter gourd and added some small fish very tasty and nutritious because there was small fish and with it I made a vegetable recipe today with some vegetables it is very Today I am going to mention this vegetable recipe in full here but let's get started

I don't like heavy food during evening snack but today some heavy food was consumed as hot dalpuri was brought from the market so I kept a banana with dalpuri and then left some jackfruit for a nice meal as now a lot of jackfruit is available in the market and many We have been eating jackfruit for several days as it is available cheaplyAnd then I like to have a cup of hot ginger tea which I don't have a good day without it
so I refreshed my mind and body by having and after today it was very hot so I took out ice cream from the fridge and everyone in the house together. Ice cream khelam I like to eat ice cream during summer.

For dinner, I make an exception for lunch, I have a potato,vegetable and fish roast and complete the dinner with a small amount of rice and a cup of milk, which fulfils my body's calcium needs and helps keep the body much healthier. by doing.
