Assalam o alikum friends welcome to my blog I am @sualeha from Pakistan it's pleasure to share my food diary game once again in #steemitironchef community, well I believed on that when you eat or cook always keep in your kind add only healthy ingredients first frequently in your main meals specially in breakfast never focused on tasty food trying to make healthy food in tasty ways any ways friends let's so move on my today's food diary game
Breakfast
The beautiful morning started with new hopes and opportunities for all of us ,as per routine offered my fajar prays and made tea for my self , actually the early morning time made me calm and fresh no more noise infact kids were slept,now a day's I faced bad health conditions of my daughter and hubby both suffering in viral infections, chicken pox,in summers hot days made them restless and painful,so in breakfast I gave them youhgat drink called lussi, which made up of youhgat,sugar and water ,very healthy and yummy in taste , providing cooling effects on body and keep body hydrated.
Lunch time
Kids back to home from school ,I asked about the lunch meal ,my boys like to eat something light so I cooked instant spicy noodles 🍜 for lunch along with fries 🍟. Potatoes are also an healthy option for lunch time,I usually took home made lunch in the lunch box and most of the time fries .
Potatoes are good source of carbohydrates and healthy oil never harmful for us ,I gave potatoes in different style like boiled potatoes cultures,snacks from and fries . Sprinkle salt ,black pepper powder and accompanied with tomato ketchup.In summers bread never liked to eat so I made something light .
Evening snacks
Around 5 pm my daughter made ☕ tea for me ,my kids were did there homework given from a school the new session were started the new begs , uniform and new books attracted them .we took water melon and snacks in evening time.

Dinner 🍽️ 🍽️
After my Maghreb Salah went on kitchen as promised to my kids I started cooking chicken biryani for them in dinner .I already prepared chicken Qorma at evening time means half work done by me .Now it's time to boiled the rice and assembled the spicy chicken masala and boiled rice by layering form.

Every week I cooked biryani at least on my kids requested, every mother love to cook for there children,s favourite meal .My hubby also liked but due to illness he avoided spices and salt may almighty give my hubby speedy recovery ameen.
