Welcome to my post I am @sualeha from Pakistan it's pleasure pleasure for me to participate with my recipe post in stemet iron Chef community in engagement challenge seasons 6 in last week. As usual the topic of this week is very delicious and interesting so I decided to share my chocolate cake recipe in this recipe this special thing is that I used no eggs . This special cake I specially made for my daughter hHafsa in her 15 birthday. So guys without wasting of time let's share and learn how I made step by step in easy way I hope you like it and stay with me.The post of the link is here

Things we need

All purpose flour | 2 cups |
Powder sugar | 1/2 cup |
Milk | 1 cup |
Baking powder | 1/2 tbs |
Baking soda | 1tbs |
Yoghurt | 1/4 |
Cooking oil | 1/4 |
Whipped cream | 200 gm |
Coco powder | 1/4 cup |
Nestle kit Kate | For dressing one bar |
Dairy milk bar | it's optional to used |
Procedure
Step :1
My first I take about in a bowl I add yogurt and cooking oil and mix it will and make a fine then mixture as you saw in images .
Step :2
Now it's time to add dry ingredients so I add all purpose floor powder sugar Coco powder baking soda baking powder and vanilla essence and incorporate the all ingredients very well with hand whicker.
Step :3
Now place e the butter paper on cake tin then add all mixture poured in for baking . Even the mixture with the help of spatula for giving the perfect smooth shape of sponge .
Step 4
I put the cake tin in preheated oven in a 180 degree Celsius for 30 minutes in between check with tooth pick for cake is baked or not.
Step :5
When the cake is baked let it cool it for 30 minutes after that layers the sponge in 3 times with thread you also can used knife but some time it's break the sponge .
Now take another ball in IT whipped cream and cocoa powder and whipped the cream completely and form in a thick fluffy shaved on the layers of the cake for delicious and rich flavour.
Step :6
I feel the in pipe and back chocolate with cream and want to decorate the top of the cake or foresting of cake.
For decoration of cake are used kit catastics and white beats and red cherries. For this kid I used hardship mold because my daughter love that shape very much so for her birthday I want to gift her on his wish.
In the last I decorate the cake with dairy milk chocolate chunks with equally distance on the edge of cake .
Final presentation
Tadaa it's a delicious chocolate cake is ready for my daughter's birthday and it is the recipe of the day I hope you like it and it's quite simple and easy to follow I am trying to share step by step for everyone who made this recipe easily.
