A brief description of the purpose of the community.

• The Steemit Iron Chef community started in August 2017 with the aim of providing a meeting place for chefs and cooking lovers, where culinary content, recipes, curiosities about food, menus and much more are gathered in the same space, all under the criteria of exclusive content for Steemit, where all languages are welcome, where the entire SIC team is committed to visit, comment and guide as many users as possible, where the entire team performs a manual curation to objectively reward users who make life within the Steemit Iron Chef community.

• Each member of the SIC team has an established shift where they manually review the publications and when a questionable content is detected, with possible plagiarism or use of Artificial Intelligence AI, the user is informed through a comment to correct the content and these users are considered special cases so we follow up so that the user does not make the mistake again and learns to make original content.

Extra details of the community:

• The Steemit Iron Chef community currently maintains an average of 80 to 130 posts per week, it is worth noting that when we are part of the Steemit Engagement Challenge, our average increases considerably, we currently have a total of 3256 subscribers in the community, having 139 active members at the moment.

• At the time of writing this report the community maintains Steem Power of 55,277.40 of which 16,218.76 are our own and represent user delegations that help us strengthen our voting power.

• To keep the community at large informed we publish weekly reports on the booming votes awarded.

• We have no proxy or beneficiary policy. All SIC team members have more than 60 reputation points, we do not use bot voting.

• In our community we have an ongoing program to motivate users to be part of the chef community by inspiring them to post in our various food contests, power-sic contests and constantly themed daily menu delights.
