STEEMIT IRON CHEF 2021 ACT 1 ROUND 04: || PUMPKIN FILling WITH PUMPKIN ROTI

Here I am sharing pumpkin filling with pumpkin roti, my this week's second entry to the contest.

Use ingredients

• Pumpkin
• Fish
• Onion
• Garlic
• Beat
• Okra
• Blue pea flowers (for health )
• pineapple
• Lemon
• Butter
• Soya source
• Salt and pepper
• Green Chile

Cut the fish and wash it well as shown in the photo here.

The mixture apply well into the fish.

Take a pumpkin of any size you like. First, wash the pumpkin thoroughly. Remove the slice from the pumpkin this way. You can salt it here if you want.

First, put the two fish in the pumpkin, Put the beetroot and pineapple into the pumpkin the way you like, after the all vegetable filling in the pumpkin add some butter and soya sauce, lemon few drops.

Now cover the pumpkin piece well.

Now bake this dish at 200c° for an hour and a half.

Now prepare the pumpkin roti

boiled pumpkin, coconut piece(grinded), flour and salt mix it well.

Adjust to any shape you like,

Put the saucepan on the stove and roti the bunt well.

Decorate this the way you want,

After that my pumpkin filling, I also want a pumpkin drink here.
