Contest: Snack time | Homemade delicious yummy crispy Piyaju and Aloo chop

Hello all my steemit community friends and Have a great day and Today i am going to participate @steemit-ironchef community contest. Really it is a great contest and thanks a lot this community and Specially thank you so much @miyexi friend for organising this great contest. I like variety types of snacks foods . Now i will prepare two my favourite snacks and explain with you. Let's start

What is your favorite snack?

Actually I have some favourite snacks. Piyaji and Aloo chop are favourite very much. This two snacks are very delicious and tasteful snacks. Piyaji is my first favourite snacks and so crispy crunchy tasteful snacks. Aloo chop is my favourite and so yummy snacks. Really this two snacks are very popular in India.As a favourite snacks,i eat this snacks very much.

Do you have a fixed time to eat your snack?

Actually I have no fix time to eat this snacks. Really i wish to eat then I make this snacks. Fix times are Morning time,noon time, afternoon time, evening today i am going to prepare morning time and i will make two snacks. This snacks name are Piyaju and Aloo chop recipe.How i prepared this recipes I am explaining

Piyaju snack

Ingredients

Onion 2 big Pieces
Pea-flour 5 tablespoons
Tumaric powder 2/3 tablespoons
Salt 2/3 tablespoons
Five cordiments 2/3 tablespoons
Dry chilli powder 1 tablespoons
Raw chilli chopping 2 tablespoons
Water as needed
Soyabean oil 200 grams

First of all I collected above all ingredients and remove onion peels and did chopping. Collected raw chilli and did chopping. After collecting all ingredients,I mix all ingredients with onion chopping without soyabean oil and blend it well and make Piyaju shape.

Add soyabean oil in pan and heat this oil and add Piyaju with heat oil and fry this Piyaju and pick up this snack from pan.thus I make this delicious Piyaju snack.

Aloo chop

Ingredients

Boil potato 1 big Piece
Pea-flour 3 tablespoons
Tumaric powder 2/3 tablespoons
Salt 2/3 tablespoons
Five cordiments 2/3 tablespoons
Raw chilli chopping 1 tablespoons
Dry chilli powder 1/2 tablespoons
Water as needed
Soyabean oil 200 grams

At first I gathered above all ingredients and collected raw chilli and did chopping. After collecting all ingredients,I mix all ingredients with boil potatoes without soyabean oil and blend it well and make Aloo chop shape.

Add soyabean oil in pan and heat this oil and add Aloo chop with heat oil and fry this Aloo chop and pick up this snack from pan.thus I make this delicious Aloo chop snack.

Name some foods that are ideal for snack time.

I explained with joy that There are some delicious snacks foods that are ideal for snacks time. Such as

  • Pea-nut fry
  • Chole masala fry
  • Nimki
  • Singara
  • Simui
  • Noodles
  • Egg chop etc.
