Flavours and traditions is a great topic I can see there chosen by community steemit-ironchef so I would really like to talk about my traditional recipe and flavour.
I live in kasur city of Pakistan which is famous due to many of cultural and traditional dishes and that's why in different areas of kasur different dishes are famous and if I talk about most famous dish of district kasur then it is faluda.
If I specifically talk about famous dish of my location at which I am living and my area then pulao is very famous in my area which is made up of chicken and potato.
Most main ingredients of the recipe I am going to share below.

Yes definitely I can see get that local gastronomy is well represented in my area and reasons behind is that people of my area really love all their cultures either they are in any form but food which is the daily part of life is considered more important to remember in terms of remembering traditional and cultural foods and their values.
Local gastronomy is well represented in my area and chicken potato pulao is very desi and traditional dish of my area and my town that's why it is always referred to be presented along with some yogurt. I have made this recipe to show you guys that how much it is easy and interesting to cook so a very brief I am going to explain about this recipe.
We will take onion first and let it try until it gets like brown colour and then we will add ginger garlic paste of around one teaspoon and then let it fry and after that we will add tomato and spices and let it cook for 10 minutes and then we will add other ingredients like potato and chicken and let all these ingredients cook for 15 to 20 minutes on a medium flame.
After that we will add one glass of water in it and let it boil and then water starts to boil then we will add rice in water and then we will let it cook for 20 minutes on a low flame. After that when you remove lid then your recipe and your pulao would be ready.
Now this is the final look of my traditional town flavor which is chicken potato pulao.

Se trata de una receta semejante a nuestro arroz con pollo venezolano, sin embargo tiene ingredientes que no usamos en este plato y eso debe hacer la diferencia del pulao de pollo. Es excelente que mantengan las tradiciones a través de la gastronomía y que se sientan orgullosos de su cultura. Éxitos, amiga.
