Hello friends, How are you? I hope you are well. I came again. Steemit-ironchef Acto 2 Round 5: First of all, thank you @steemit-ironchef for organizing such a beautiful contest for us every week. I really liked this week's theme. That’s why I made a healthy vegetable to join the vocals. Here I picked a few types of vegetables. Vegetables are extremely beneficial for us. Especially all kinds of vegetables are better mixed together. Here's how to make today's vegetable recipe and what ingredients I like.
Ingredients :
• Cauliflower
• The barb
• Cucumber
• Tomatoes
• Green pepper
• Coriander leaves
• Onion
• Turmeric powder
• Garlic paste
• Oil
• Salt
• Pepper powder
At first I cut all the vegetables into small pieces. Since I will only fold all the vegetables over the oil. Then I put oil in a frying pan.
Then I added onion and green chilli in between. I fried the onion pieces for a while with these. After that I gave all the vegetables little by little.
Then I shook it for a while. After that I added some salt and turmeric powder. Then I shook it for a while and covered it with a lid.
I will fry today's vegetables very hard. After that I opened the lid and fried it well. That's how I made my recipe for vegetables today. Then I took it to a plate and served.
