I am @roohi Asif from pakistan.how are you .I hope you also fine by the grace of Allah.I love to share my recipe belog in Recipe of the day week #24 in stemit-iron chef community.Cooking is my passion.And I keep making different dishes .I try to cook healthy food and make delicious food.I am sharing that recipe smokey beef shami kabab.its very unique and delicious recipe.

Smokey beef shami kabab
Beef is also loved at home and various dishes are made from beef like biryani,kabab,shami kabab,haleem,karahi,pulao.beef is good source of protein it's viteman b and improve our immune system.and the other split chickpeas.its support bone health good I viteman c and protein.

Red chilli | 6 table spoon |
Turmeric | 3 table spoon |
Cumin seeds | 3 table spoon |
Black paper | 4 table spoon |
Clove | 6 |
Salmon stick | 5 |
Coriander | 5 table spoon |
Ginger | 4 table spoon |
Garlic | 4 table spoon |
Green chilli | 10 to 12 |
Coriander leaves | 6 table spoon |
Mint leaves | 6 table spoon |
Eggs | Two( for binding) |
procedure
step 1
Wash the meat in water and stainer Un till excess water can be drained .Put the meat in a pan filled with water and leave it to rot.

Add in meat all the spices according to the mention list

When the meat is half done and the other hand wash split chich peas and add in meat pan.

Keep checking the pan if the water has not run out, if it has run out then add a little water.when tender the meat and split chick peas .Turn off the stove and wait for it to cool down.

When the betta cools down to normal temperature, grind it.

In batter add two eggs and hara masala.And mix all the ingredients well.

After that you can now shape it into different patties that suit the shape up.i like round shape.

Oil will be added to the fried and again we will fry alternately.after frying the kabab we will finally give it charcoal smoke .
now it's ready to serve.
So guys here is my final presentation of my recipe of the day.i hope you like it.give me a valuable feed back for your comments. Now it's your choice whether you like to eat it with morning flour or serve it with ketchup sauce. I like this kabab with riyta and katch up.
