How are you all . Hope everyone is doing well by God's grace. I am also very good. Today I will share with you the recipe of Taki fish cooking. Hope you like it. Let's get started.

Necessary Materials:

  • Green Chilli
  • Dry Chilli
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Turmeric Powder
  • Sage Powder
  • Soybean Oil
  • Cumin
  • Garam Masala,

First we have to clean onion, garlic and ginger and cut them into small pieces. We will keep the chopped onions a little longer while cooking. Then we will take onion garlic ginger paste. When the dough is finished, I will put them in a container. Then I will put a pot in the oven. When the pot is hot, we add soybean oil to the pot. We will continue to heat until the oil starts bubbling out of the oil. When the oil starts bubbling we will release the batters we kept in a bowl in the oil. I will cut some green chillies and onions in it. Then we will keep stirring with a spoon so as not to burn. If the masalas turn gray after sauteing like this for five minutes, we will reduce the heat a little. Then we will add some water to the pot.

Then I will cut the taki fish into pieces and wash them well with water. Then I will rub the fish with light salt. Then leave the fish in the pan. I will continue to stir with a spoon so that the fish mix well with the masala in the pan. Stir this way when the masala water will dry up. Then we will add water again. Then we take a piece of fish and see if it is done. If it boils then we reduce the heat.

Next we will take a separate bottle. I will first fry the cumin seeds in that pan. Then fry garam masala. Then fry some onions and garlic. Then fry some dry chilies. Then grind all these fried spices to make a paste. Then I will mix these powdered spices with the fish.

Then I will start heating the pan again. So that the spices mix well with everything. Then I will cut some green chillies and add them to the fish. Then mix well with a spoon. Then heat for some time. Then when the fish starts bubbling, we will lower the pan. And by this our taki fish cooking is finished.
