Steemit Iron Chef 2021 Act 2 Round 12: Deconstructed Spanish Sardines Pancit Canton
Hello everyone. This was back then and until now one of my comfort food. When i was broke back in school age years this is also what me and my brother made. This is an easy recipe that can be served as an appetizer and it is also a meal if made for one hefty serving.
What you need:
- Canned spanish style sardines
- Instant noodles
- Garlic
- Onion
How i make it:
- Cook noodles as per instructions
- Open the can of spanish sardines
- Fry sardines (optional)
- Top it on the noodles with the sardines sauce.
- Add toasted garlic and minced onion.
- Enjoy.
Easy right. 😉
NOTE: We can also prepare it this way.
How my brother likes it:
Cook noodles as per package instruction. Sautee garlic and onion then add the spanish sardines with the sauce. Add the cooked instant noodles and mix well. Enjoy.
