FOODCOLORCHALLENGE| Sweet BROWN Week| Coffee Pancakes
Hello everyone. This contest is prepared by @sanuri with the food color entry of the week: Brown.
Im going to be sharing with you this coffee pancake recipe. My nieces and nephews called this the adult version pancakes 😆 You can enjoy this food anytime of the day. Plus it is super easy to make.
Here is what i used:
Instant coffee
Pancake mix
Egg
Milk
Butter
And it is just now that i noticed forgot to place the butter in the picture. 😅 Sorry about that.
How to make:
Follow pancake mix instructions. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and add coffee powder in mixture. Dont overmix. Cook pancake as usual. Top with a butter and preferred sweetener.
Note:
The more the coffee you add the darker it gets and the stronger the coffee taste. It will look burnt and dry because of the color. So dont panic and it just looks that way. 😊
This above stack has syrup and butter while the other below stack has butter and condensed milk. Personally i prefer the one with condensed milk.

The Coffee Pancakes you presented was really awesome!.I love pancakes, but I never made this coffee pancakes.
