FOODCOLORCHALLENGE| Mixed Color Week| eggroll
Hello everyone. Im back again! Im joining this contest week that is prepared by @sanuri with the entry theme: Mixed Color Week 🍒🍍🍇 !
I chose the colors yellow, indigo and orange. This is my eggroll with 2 veggies. Yellow came from the egg yolk but i used the whole egg. The orange from the carrots when heated becomes a little vibrant. Now the purple cabbage when wilted from heat looses a bit of the deep bright color but turns in to an indigo shade.
This is my brunch today. I paired it with a sweet and sour dip. I dunno why i like that combination. My friends dont like it and they would rather have soy sauce or mayo as dip.
