Hello everyone. Gonna hit 2 birds with one stone here. 😂 I am joining both contests prepared by @elianisa09 with Prepare an interesting Omelette and @sanuri with Colorful Vegetable Week🍅🍆🌽🌿!
I thought of making a plate with a COLORFUL FRESH SALAD for breakfast that would be great to go along with my OMURICE. A hearty and filling meal and not just aesthetically pleasing.
My Omurice has a fried rice with garlic bits, diced carrot, ham, broccoli floret bits and ketchup for seasoning that is enveloped in that fluffy egg.
My Colorful Fresh Salad consists of shredded purple cabbage and young green cabbage, sliced carrot and tomato.
