Greetings of the day Steemit Iron Chef Family!

Happy Sunday my dearest foodies friends around the world! I hope you are all doing great!

It is as usual with great pleasure to participate in @decuartae's awesome challenge : Menu Du Jour!

Unfortunately, I can't be present as often as last month, but still I try my best to post from time to time and share some of my latest photos based on foods...

Let me show you some of the latest as well as my lunch today...

I will start with this lovely photo of fresh spring onions which I bought some days back and made pickles with the onions!

Noodles in broth with chicken...

The chicken is sautéed with some veggies and oyster sauce and also served with freshly cut chives and spicy tomato salad!

This was my lunch on Friday...it was my wife who made it and it was amazingly yummy!

Home Made Flatbread for tea time...

While still hot, just add on some melted butter and pure honey...and you get some just wow when you eat it!

These are called Meloui and are very famous in Morocco!

And my lunch today...

It was like a lazy day for me today and while it was cold and rainy, I stayed mostly at home relaxing!

And my wife cooked this lovely dish for us for lunch : Stewed beef with potatoes and fried eggplants with steamed rice!
