Thanks for sharing this sweet, which infact is not new for me as here in my country we usually cook this for many occasions during the year and I love it so much!

We call it 'semolina and gram flour halwa' here in Mauritius!

    Yes basically this is halwa. But i used sweet dish word because i though maybe many people here from different countries will not understand what a halwa is actually!
