Hello Hello lovely Iron Chef family!

I hope you are all having a great week so far! As mentioned couple of days back, the Steemit Iron Chef community was recruiting serious foodies to form part of the leadership team to give me a helping hand to run our community!

I was really not expecting SIC to cross 1000 subscribers so quickly with over 125 Active members!!!

This was the main reason for me to start looking out for top foodies to join SIC so that I can concentrate on new initiatives while team will handle the 2 different challenge which are already running in our community :

• #foodcolorchallenge (Daily)
• #steemit-ironchef (Weekly)

Last week I announced about @sanuri taking over the #foodcolorchallenge, and she is doing it great! Keep it up my friend! There will be one more joining us soon to give @sanuri a help on this challenge!

Now the big ticket item : STEEMIT IRON CHEF!!!

These 4 (I named them the fantastic 4!!!) have already proved many times that they are serious foodies and always produce top quality posts!

Let me explain how SIC will be run as from the next round

Each Friday, one of these ladies will announce the theme for the round and will take full care of that particular round till the end and will also announce the top 7!

Then the next Friday, for the new round, it will be another lady taking over...everyone's turn!

The themes will be discussed in our private leadership group beforehand.

Weekly prizes will come from the account of @steemit-ironchef (40 Steem each round) and the one organizing the round will also get some rewards which I already discussed with them!

Overall, we are doing this together more on the voluntary basis as with time we know that rewards will surely follow!

So basically...Round 03 is the last one that I am organizing and as from round 04 you will see the fantastic 4 taking over!!!

On top of overlooking the well running of the community (same as before - quality first), I will have more time to launch new projects in our community...

This is only part of our goal...once we have both #foodcolorchallenge and #steemit-ironchef running smoothly without me involved too much...there will be new contests/challenges that will be rolled out...

Stay tuned for these!!!

The idea is to have minimum 5 challenges/contests running simultaneously in SIC...and each one run by different awesome foodies of our community!

My main job will be to make sure that we have enough funds/steem to give away to the winners each week...not easy but I will work hard to make it happen!

Putting @steemit-ironchef as post beneficiary for everyone posting in our community is a must now on - this will help us gather the amount needed! I know I can count on you all!
