Hello to all of you and greetings to all the seniors of Iron chef community

Today i want to share with all of you the recipe of very special and fast making dish,

This dish is perfect for snacks that can be served to anyone,

It contains protein a lot and is also healthy,

Paneer Potato Chips:

Ingredients
Paneer
Potato

For marination:
Red kashmeeri chilly powder
One spoon curd
Salt to taste
Chant masala
Two table spoon cornflour.

Recipe:
First of all cut the paneer into 2 inch pieces then add red chilli powder, chat masala, curd and salt on it and magnetize it then keep it aside for 10 minutes

Now peel a potato and make thin chips in a cutter then wash those chips well and keep them in water for some time.

Put corn flour in a bowl and make a thin paste and take out the chips from water and keep them in a strainer when the potato becomes dry then put the magnetized paneer in the middle of the corn flour then with the help of a toothpick take both the corners of the chips with paneer and roll them a little. Prepare all the chips and then deep fry them or you can also bake them in the oven
Your tasty paneer chips are ready.
