Instant cutlet recipe

Today I would like to share a recipe which you can make it few minuts.
Jhatpat cutlet:- Sometimes we make daliya or sprouted dal for healthy eating and often it gets left over. So, our Jhatpat cutlet is a unique breakfast made from that leftover daliya or sprouted dal. I had some leftover daliya and I am making this cutlet from it, that too is healthy.
Ingredients:- One bowl of prepared leftover daliya, half a kilo grated and squeezed, one finely chopped green chilli, one finely chopped onion, 15-20 grains of sweet corn (since I had sweet corn in my dal, so I did not take it separately), four spoons of semolina, half spoon of chat masala, two pinches of ground red chilli, one spoon of refined oil.
Method of preparation:- In the remaining bowl put finely chopped onions, squeezed cucumbers, finely chopped green chillies, semolina, chat masala, red ground chilli and make a mess. Now give this paste the shape of cutlets and put one spoon of oil in a non-stick pan and you can fry them on medium flame. Isn't Jhatpat cutlets ready? Serve it with sauce or Hari Chatni.
