  • Food is an important factor in our body. We need food to survive.
  • Maintaining a healthy diet is most important or we can say consumption of food in balanced manners (Balanced diet).
  • We need to consume healthy food that is good, tasty, delicious and main things it should be part of a balanced diet.
  • Good nutrition promotes good health, reduces risk of various kinds of disease, and encourages lifespan.. Too.
  • Healthy foods may be fruits, vegetables, protein-rich foods, whole grains, nuts and seeds.
What is healthy eating for you?

In my own words: Healthy eating is a consumption of medicine that reduces the risk of diseases as other nutritional problems in human life. Healthy eating habits leads a person to increase their shelf life. Reduction of numerous diseases too.. As we consider eating healthy means consumption of food that are rich in nutrients, minerals and vitamins.

 What is the importance of 
 eating foods that provide
 nutrients,minerals and
 vitamins to the body?

Every one knows that eating of foods rich in nutrients, minerals and vitamins makes a person healthy. Make free from the various diseases (increase the fighting capacity with diseases). Their is higher importance too...

  • Promotes growth and development of body.
  • Increasement capability to perform physical activities.
  • Avoid obesity, fat in a body.
  • Affect in mental health. Enhance rembering capacity.
  • As a adult.. Increase sexual power. Too

Do you consider your 
 diet to be healthy?

Yes I consider my diet to be healthy because I consume diet (nutrition, minerals and vitamins based food) in balanced manner. I avoid junk foods like chips, chocolates, ice-cream, noodles etc.

 Which are the foods that you 
 consume most in your daily 
 menu, do you consider that
 they are the right ones to
 maintain a healthy diet?

I have mentioned in upper questions answer that I consume healthy food, less consumption of junk food. Foods that I consume on daily basis are:

  • Early in the morning "a cup of black coffee"
  • lunch time "Rice or Chapati(Roti) with grains, chicken meat.
  • As a tiffin some roty with pickel, curry of vegetables as fruits and nuts too.
  • At dinner same Rice sometimes roty.. Chicken curry or vegetables😅
    Actually I'm a roty lover😅🌾
