Friends, you all are very welcome in today's recipe competition. I hope you all are healthy and enjoying delicious food in your life. I love cooking and now the month of Ramadan is going on, so I prepare some delicious food every day at my home. Today I am participating in this beautiful competition. The subject of which competition is very interesting. I would like to thank @nancy0 for organizing this competition.

Today I am sharing with you a fun recipe that seems very easy to us. But it takes a lot of time to prepare it. I have prepared this recipe at my home today which I am sharing with you today. This is a delicious snack that we can eat anytime. Today I am telling you how to prepare the Kheema Samosa recipe which looks delicious as well as eats.

INGREDIENTS FOR MAKING KHEEMA SAMOSA RECIPE

First of all, we will take Kheema to make Kheema Samosa. We have to wash the kheema thoroughly with water. Keep the kheema in such a vessel that all the water comes out of it. Pour some oil into a pan and put the kheema. We have to add salt, red chili, turmeric, and coriander powder in it and keep it on low flame until all the water in the kheema gets burnt.

Now we have to finely chop onion, capsicum, and green chili in a cutter machine. We also have to chop green coriander and mint. We have to prepare all the ingredients and keep them in a dish.

All the water in the kheema has been burnt. Now we have to add chopped capsicum and green chillies and mix it well. We have to bind the gas.

Now we have to add samosa masala, black pepper powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt.

Mix all the spices well. Then we have to wash green coriander and mint in water and add it.

We have to mix all the ingredients and take chopped onions. Onion releases a lot of water, hence we have to put chopped onion in a cloth and take out water from it. Then we have to add onion and mix all the ingredients.

To prepare Kheema Samosa, we have to take Samosa Patti. I have already prepared samosa patti here. You can make it at home also with flour. We have to prepare the patti in the shape of a samosa and by adding kheema in it, we have to prepare the samosa completely. To stick the samosa, we have to take flour and add water to make a consistency. After applying it, it sticks easily.

We have to prepare all the kheema samosas in the same manner. Here I have prepared the kheema samosas and kept them in a dish. Whenever we want to eat it, we can heat oil in a pan fry it, and eat it. Estas Samosas son un éxito. No las he probado, pero ya había visto su preparación y estoy animada a hacerlas. Los dobles para hacer los triángulos perfectos. Vi otra técnica que a mi me puede resultar más fácil para esta parte jeje.
