Creativity time! #17- Preparing Buns

This week, I have something delicious and enticing for you all. It's called Buns. Buns is a snack that we easily make out using flour and some other ingredients. When you have the right measurements, your buns tastes sweet and yummy.

If you don't know how to make buns from home, I think you need to follow my steps and get it done. Buy less from outside and prepare more in your kitchen. So I will take you all on a tour round my kitchen. Let's go...

Ingredient for Buns

🔺Flour
🔺Butter
🔺Oil
🔺Baking powder
🔺Milk flavor
🔺Eggs

Steps to make Buns

🔹Wash your hands with soap and water. Cover your hair and keep all bowls clean.

🔹Sieve the quantity of flour you would be working with into a bowl. Add baking powder, milk flavour and mix together with your hands.

🔹Add butter into the bowl of flour and mix with your hands. Mix well to avoid lumps.

🔹In another bowl, break your eggs, beat until fluffy.

🔹Add the beaten eggs, liquid milk, and a pinch of salt. Mix together with your hands. Now you need to fold to get it right. Avoid lumps. Now, the dough is ready.

🔹Sprinkle some flour in a clean surface or a flat plate. Also sprinkle some dry flour on your hands to help you make your buns shape.

🔹Now, little by little, make your buns shape and put them on the surface sprinkled with flour.

🔹It is time to deep fry! Do not shallow fry. Add your oil in a clean dry pot, make sure to be on low heat.

🔹Allow the oil to heat up, add the buns into the hot oil and allow to fry.

🔹Turn to the other when it's golden yellow and continue the process until you fry all the buns. Remember to fry on a low heat.
