My healthy food is food that contains nutrients, carbohydrates, adequate nutrition, minerals, and vitamins. Of course, all the food consumed must support the development of health. Green vegetables, chicken eggs, and meat have good nutritional value.

{ What is healthy eating for you? }

For me, healthy food is food that does not have high sugar levels. High sugar levels cause the accumulation of bad fats in the body. Consuming foods that have excessive sugar levels not only causes obesity and diabetes, but it will also accelerate skin aging, damage the kidneys to the liver and increase the risk of heart disease.

{ What is the importance of eating foods that provide nutrients, minerals and vitamins
to the body? }

Foods that contain nutrients, minerals, and vitamins are needed by the human body to maintain the health of the brain, bones, heart, liver, and various other organs. The human body requires balanced nutrition and nutrition. Therefore, it is recommended not to consume foods that contain lots of preservatives, colorings, artificial sweeteners, and flavorings such as those found in many snacks and fast food..

{ Do you consider your diet to be healthy? }

I follow a healthy diet. I am grateful that my body does not need a crash diet. Now, I weigh 47 kg with a height of 153 cm. I think it's still ideal. And I can still freely consume anything without having to think about my weight.

Hopefully, anyone among the Steemian friends who are running a diet program will have a successful diet. To keep my body ideal, I consume lots of mineral water, green vegetables, and fresh fruits. The habit of consuming vegetables makes me less sick, and my skin is better maintained.

The diet that I do is a healthy diet. I only reduced the portion of rice and added vegetables when my weight exceeded 50 kg. Because I have a short stature, I don't feel confident when I'm full. Unhealthy diet patterns can cause various diseases that originate from the stomach.

{ Which are the foods that you consume most in your daily menu, do you consider that they are the right ones to maintain a healthy diet? }

What I often consume in my daily menu are vegetables that contain lots of fiber such as carrots, spinach, broccoli, long beans, mustard greens, kale, and cauliflower. My love for vegetables has made me master several recipes for stir-fried vegetables, vegetable soup, and several other preparations.

My Breakfast menu, omelet

In the morning, I have breakfast with stir-fried mustard greens and scrambled eggs. I like an omelet. For this one omelet, I added the already in a blender. Then, I fried it over medium heat. As we know that eggs are a good source of protein for the body.

My lunch menu, bean sprouts sauteed

For the lunch menu, I make stir-fried shrimp bean sprouts. Bean sprouts are believed to be able to get rid of excess fat and toxins in the body. And of course, it will help the diet process. There are lots of processed bean sprouts that I can serve, but stir-fried bean sprouts always have a place in my heart.

My desserts

At night, I eat oranges and pears. This afternoon, I put both in the refrigerator. I consumed it cold while making a post for the next day. Pears have a low-calorie content so they help maintain a feeling of fullness. In addition, pears also help burn 30% of the fat in the body so you can lose weight.
