Ya le damos el final a la temporada de vacaciones, es hora de regresar a clases, y estoy totalmente segura que ya las mamis y papis chefs andan planificando las comidas y meriendas mas apropiadas para sus hijos, que sean de fácil transponte, completo valor nutricional, y atractivas para su consumo.
Para ayudarnos entre todos a planificar las comidas, y meriendas para nuestros hijos traigo este dinámica donde todos vamos a tomar tips, ya que de las experiencias es de lo que mas aprendemos, y nada mejor que compartirlas, para entre todos ayudarnos.

As the holiday season comes to an end, it's time to go back to school, and I'm sure mums and dad chefs are already planning the most appropriate meals and snacks for their children that are easily transportable, nutritionally complete, and appealing to eat.
To help us all to plan meals and snacks for our children I bring this dynamic where we will all take tips, since it is from the experiences that we learn the most, and nothing better than sharing them, to help each other.
