The dish that makes me happy is such an interesting contest which I will love all my friends @kidi40, @wilmer1988, @ruthjoe and @aspiya to participate, because in our life time, we have that special food, that special dish, that anytime we consume it, it makes us happy. Which dishes is that?

I welcome you once again to my blog, am still @mhizta from Nigeria, so I will like you to sit back and relax because am going to share that special dishes right here, the ingredients that make the dishes special, how I would like to share the happiness brought by the dish and who i would like to share my special dishes with, it might be you or someone by your side.

My rice and beans

We all have a favourite food so in another word, the question might be: among all your favourite food, which one gives you more happiness? this is perfect. I like beans, in fact, anything cook with beans, rice and beans, beans and plantain, beans and bread, beans and pap, beans and yam and so on. Any food with beans is my favourite and I always feel happiness when I ate it. There's this particular beans call drum in my country, it's light red in color, I will tell you what special about it in the next question.
Beans

Like I said earlier, the particular beans call drum is so popular because of it's taste. Drum beans doesn't take time to be done or soft, infact you can cook it with rice at the same time. Talking about the taste, Drum beans have it's own unique taste which makes it different from other beans, it's sweet, sometimes you may not need ingredients to prepare it. You can cook it with just salt and it's will give you the best taste ever, if you haven't eaten drum Beans before, my dear , you're missing something.

Yesterday I was hungry so I decided to prepared a small food with beans, drum particularly. the ingredients and foodstuffs I use was:

• Rice
• Beans (drum)
• cameroon pepper
• salt
• onion
• Maggi (star Maggi)
• Crayfish (grounded)
• Palm oil (red oil)

I cook the the rice and beans plus the ingredients I mentioned and at the end, I was happily filling my stomach, the aroma was boom 💥, my neighbors we perceiving everywhere because of the scent. I serve myself with one bottle of 5alive, chilled one.

So do you now believe when I say am happy? oh yes. 🤣

After eating

Oh it's time to share the happiness, how will I share the happiness, okay, here is it, since I can't share it physically, I will use the energy to post this blog post so you people can share with my happiness, are you aware that everything look senseless to me when am hungry? oh yes, it true, but eating my favourite dishes give me the happiness to share with you all my favourite dishes, or where you expected something different, like delivering the food?🙄

Come to think of it, does this OTHERS means sharing the happiness in stemit or with people around me? I have answer for those in steemit, now assuming people around me, I shared it yesterday, because of the aroma, they were able to trace the food, and I don't have choice to say no, so we shared.

I told you it might be you or someone by your side, who would I chose? I will like to share it all you all but this small pot of rice and beans won't be enough for all of us. So may be I will just one picked up one person, which is @alegnita. A round of applause for him.

He had done a lot for me, even when I was unable to joined the club, he is like an anchor, and a reason am still on steemit today, there's a lot to say but its will take time. So congratulations to you @alegnita, we can share our rice and beans together because you deserve it.
