Mango milkshake made for my niece.

We are always worried about food for small children. Always thinking which food is good for them and which food is bad for their health. The more you stop kids from eating outside fast food, the more they become addicted to it. A variety of soft drinks are also available at many outdoor confectioneries and grocery stores. Children should be prevented from drinking that water too. Not only small children but also adults should refrain from drinking soft water.

Sometimes I make some food or some juice that is easy for everyone to eat. Today I will share the recipe of Mango Milk Sak made by me in today's diary game. Before sharing the recipe, I have used all the ingredients to give some information about their nutritional value.

Ripe Mango ☞ Every 100 grams of ripe mango contains 79-82 calories. 75-85 percent is water. Contains no cholesterol and no harmful salts. It contains a lot of sugar. An adult can eat 2 mangoes normally.
Milk ☞ Milk contains all types of vitamins - minerals - proteins.
Sugar powder ☞ Contains calcium, potassium, magnesium.
If you know the nutritional value, you don't need to learn about the food in a new way when you eat it.

[Warning] : People with diabetes can replace white sugar with sugar free. And if the ripe mango is too sweet then there is no need to give sugar free.

Materials:

☞ Ripe mangoes 3/4.
☞ Liquid milk 1 glass.
☞Sugar powder - 1 cup.

Preparation Method:

Step 1

First, the ripe mangoes should be washed well with water. After washing the mango well, peel the mango.

2nd Step

After removing the skin of the mangoes, the mangoes should be mashed by hand and the pulp should be removed. Mashed mango should be mixed well in a mixer for 4 seconds.

3rd Step

Once the mango is mixed, add liquid milk to it and mix well for 10 seconds.

4th Step

When mango and milk are mixed well, add sugar powder and mix for 2 seconds. Then Mango milk sak will be completely ready.

Mango Milk Sak can be made very easily using few ingredients available at home. Because it is made at home, there is no possibility of mixing any adulterous chemicals in it. Every food prepared at home is always healthy. After making my Mango milk sak, I let everyone drink it. Everyone was drinking it with great pleasure.
