I am very happy to be able to participate for the first time in the challenge Menu Du Jour of @decuartae, which I have a lot of fun sharing as it is about taking our favorite meals, today is baked pasta.
In my house we like to eat pasta if it is every day much better. Over the weekend my grandmother came to visit. And of course she makes pasta!
So I took a tray and put pasta in a similar procedure to lasagna.
Prepare a sauce with tomatoes and vegetables, ham, bacon, mozzarella cheese and a mixture of cream, egg, tomato paste, wheat flour, cover the cooked pasta, then sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake in the oven for about 8 minutes until gratin then serve and enjoy this delicacy.
So much for my participation today.
