Contest: cooking tips || At Steemit-ironchef || By @maryamnadeem 🤩
Hellow My sweet Steemian Chefs. How are you hopefully everyone will be fine and happy in your life 🤩
So, in the first Cooking Tip, let me share with you that many people nowadays eat pasta macaroni spaghetti or vegetable pulao with great enthusiasm. Tell you guys about vegetables that After buying vegetables from outside, we put them in our refrigerator and the vegetables get spoiled after lying there, so let me tell you today that if you want your vegetables not to spoil, you should Cut and freez it.
Such as peas, carrots, capsicum and Cabbage. If all these vegetables that get spoiled in the refrigerator are peeled and put separately in a transparent packet and frozen in the freezer, then it is very easy while cooking and our things are also protected. So, you should also make sure that your vegetables do not spoil and you should also peel them and freez it in your refrigerator.
In the second tip, you often see people's rice breaks, people buy so much expensive rice, but they don't get their rice properly and it breaks. That's just one reason, if you want your rice to stand up and become crumbly, you should add a little vinegar to it when you are boiling the rice. By adding vinegar, your rice will become very sweet and crumbly and the rice will not break at all.
As suddenly a guest comes to the house and you want our rice to be cooked very well, so when you boil the rice, adding vinegar to it will make the rice very good even the guests will like it inshaAllah. They will ask that you will also tell us how you have made the rice so that not a single grain of rice will break.
This Tip is a very important one which is often done in our food here. Often someone mistakenly finds the salt in the curry too and gets worried that no one will eat the food because of the too much salt. I also didn't know about this tip, my mother Jan told me that when the salt in the curry becomes too much , adding a little flour (paira) to it reduces the salt.
It was quite a while ago that once the salt in my curry was too strong. I was very worried that no one would eat this curry. Put a little flour in it and mix it, it will be treacherous and the salt will also work, so I did the same. So whenever the salt in my curry is too much, I will add a flour (paira) in it. You guys must try this tip. Please remember me in your prayers. Takecare Allah hafiz. I invite my friends to take part @esha46 @iffatilyas @goodybest
Best Regards 🤩

Greetings, friend, you have good cooking tips, for example, I didn't know that vinegar helped to obtain looser rice, so I'll put it to the test, because many times my rice doesn't cook well.
Freezing vegetables is an excellent option, because this way we do not waste and we save time when cooking.
Thank you for participating in the contest, successes and blessings!
Thanks dear 💕

Wow!
I have learned how to preserve my vegetables better. It's like an answer to a question I asked my brother who is a food engineer a few days ago. He gave me good answers but I'll try your tips too.
