Steemit Engagement Challenge S7-W1: Healthy Eating .

Hello all members? How are you all? I hope all of you will be safe and healthy. Today i will discuss about healthy food . I am sure that you guys will like this post.

WHAT IS HEALTHY FOOD

Healthy food is food that gives you all the nutrients and vitamins you need to stay healthy and sound, feel well and have plenitude of energy.

The stylish way to insure you ’re eating healthily is to eat a wide variety of different types of food in your daily routine.

Actually our body is very flexible . We can bend our habits to any direction. But health of our bidy depends on our diet plan.

DIET PLAN

According to my point of view diet plan for boys is different from girls. Boys are naturally muscular and boys look more attractive due to their muscular power. Some time muscles don't grow properly in boys due to some reasons. Muscular power is inherited in some boys and some other boys develop their muscles by setting their diet plan and exercise.

I will discuss diet plan for muscle gain. In order to gain muscle and lose extra fat following diet plan might be helpful for boys.

Those boys who are interested to gain muscles and want to transform their body they should follow this diet plan. This plan is more important for two things

  1. Weight lose
  2. Muscle gain

Two things are more important in this diet plan.

1.include protein in your diet
2.water intake is more important. Need to intake atleast 3 litres.

MORNING DIET PLAN

In the morning they should drink atleast two glass of water and after 15 minutes they should do walk for 30 minute . After that they should eat boiled eggs without yolks. They should eat atleast 3 eggs without yolk or in other words they should eat only egg white.

They can also eat boiled chicken but only white meat of chicken. Grilled chicken is also acceptable in this case.

After this they can take black cofee . Black cofee is actually a fat burner. In winter season they can eat dry fruits after two or 3 hours of breakfast.

LUNCH PLAN

Before lunch they shoud drink atleast 2 glas of water . After 39 minutes they can eat a chapati with half cup of cooked saalan. Keep in mind salan should not be more than half cup. They can also eat cucumber or salad with this. If they don't want to eat chapati then they can take fruits . Healthy fruits are apple and plums. They can also take oranges because oranges are also fat burner with vitamin c.

DINNER PLAN

In the night they should drink 3 glas water befor dinner. After 30 minutes they shold eat. They can take chicken piece alongwith chatni or ketchup. Chicken piece should be boiled or grilled. But they don't want to eat bolied chicken then other option is bar b q but withoit oil. They can take dry fruits also but in small quantity.

This diet plan will helps them to lose fat and gain muscle. Protein is actualy muscle bosster.

A healthy diet plan is one which helps to lose fat but also can maintain energy in the body.

Our body is actually a chemical formula but very complex formula is this. We can transform our body in any shape by following the diet plan. Diet plan can change chemical formulas in our body.

Diet plan can also change our way of thinking.
