Recipe of the Day, Week No. 25: Gulab Jamun

Here I am going to guide you to make Gulab jamun, which is lucious and juicy sweet and one of the most favorite Indian dishes.

Ingradients:
💚 Gulab jamun mix 💚 Sugar 💚 Cardamon 💚 Oil 💚 Rose Essence
Take one packet or 250 gms of "Ghulam Jamun Mix" powder in a bowl and mix it with little water into a non-sticky dough. If you don't have this "Ghulam Jamun Mix", take some bread slices, cut off the brown part on the edges of the bread, then take each bread slice and dip it in milk and then squeeze it, put it in a mixer jar and grind it like a paste. Then transfer the ground bread paste to a bowl, add some maida and soda salt to it and knead it until it becomes soft and does not stick to your hands and make dough.
Take the dough and roll it into small balls and keep it on a plate
Put 1 liter of water, 2 cups of sugar and cardamom powder in a vessel and heat it till the sugar dissolves. When the sugar dissolves completely and the sugar syrup becomes a little thick, switch off the stove. After the sugar syrup cools, add a pinch of saffron and rose essence to it and mix well and keep it aside.
Put a pan in the flame, pour oil in it to heat and once it is become hot, put the fire on the sim and put the prepared balls and fry them until they become golden in color.
After frying all the balls, cool them down and add them to the prepared sugar syrup bowl and soak them for about 1 or 2 hours.
Now the lucious and jiuicy Gulab Jamuns are ready to eat. Serve hot or cool, suitable for snacks or after measls, or welcome dish. You can also try this at your hoe with these eazy steps. I would like to invite @blessedbee, @dequeen , @kyrie1234, to take part in this contest.
