Here I am going to tell you how to make Pani Puri, one of the most favorite Indian dishes. Panipuri is considered by everyone as a fast food. But, this is not really fast food as it takes at least 3 hours to make. At the same time it requires more ingredients and many dishes.

Ingradients:
💚 Maida Flour 💚 Potatoes 💚 Onions 💚 Oil 💚 Tamarind
💚 Mint Leaves 💚 Coriander Leaves 💚 Salt 💚 Green Chilli
💚 Mustard 💚 Cummin seed powder 💚 Jaggery 💚 Ginger
We need to prepare four main ingredients beforehand to make this style of poori. They are
- Puris
- Potato mash masala
- spicy liquid
- Sweet and sour liquid
Step 1 :
First prepare the puri. If you don't have time for that, you can buy ready-made puris and fry them. To make puri, take maida dough, add salt, baking soda, oil, knead it well to make dough, apply oil and soak it, tie it in a cloth and keep it covered for about 2 hours. After that take it and roll it into small balls and then flatten them and roll them and then fry them with hot oil until become like ball.
Step 2 :
To prepare potato mash masala, take two or three potatoes, wash them well and boil them in water, then peel them and mash them well.
Step 3 :
Put a pan on flame, add two table spoons of oil to heat, add mustard oil, cummin seed , chopped onions, green chillies, salt and saute them well. Add the potato mash into the pan and mix them well. Leave for 5 minutes, and keep it aside.
Step 4:
To prepare spicy liquid, take a mixergrndr jar, add a piece of ginger two green chillies, mint leaves corianderleaves salt, and water and grind them well to make paste.
Step 5:
Pour the paste into a bowl add chopped onions, boondis cummin seed powder and water and mix them well and keep it aside.
Step 6:
To prepare sweet sour liquid, take a bowl add a gass of water, soak a spoon of tamarind for 15 minutes , crush it in to the water to extract its juice, fiter it into another bowl keep the juice add jaggery and mix it well. Keep the liquid aside.
Step 7:
Now keep the 4 items Puris, potato mash masala, sweet & sour liqid and Spicy liquid together. take a plate organise the poorise and break them at their top to fill the items in it.
Step 8:
Take spoon of potato mash masala and fill it into the puris, take a table spoon of spicy liquid pour it into the puris, as well as pour the sweet & sour liquid, and serve your guests.

I really like this recipe of yours.This recipe is one of my favorite recipes but in your country who calls Panipuri in my country we call it Fuchka and this Fuchka is a very popular street food in my country.
