Let's talk about fruits in SIC "BANANA LIFE"
Sweet, healthy and suitable for many vege dishes. I love making them into omelettes for breakfast. They are perfect as a post-workout fruit. They are easily digestible and have a lot of potassium. I love a kefir and banana shake. It's very sweet and probably the first such fruit I've given to my child.
Bananas support the memory because they contain a lot of magnesium (as much as a handful of nuts).
Bananas speed up recovery. This is why they are so often in the diets of athletes. I have more than once seen athletes eating a banana on the tennis courts. They are rich in vitamins and minerals. They are calorific and are often added to many meals. Bananas are good for heartburn and are permitted for reflux.
I like it very mature. Contrary to opinion, the banana is not so oily. The starch it contains, combined with the fibre, gives us energy for at least two hours. They are a great source of vitamin C and vitamin B6.
Most importantly, bananas are very easily available and the price is ok. They are also suitable for face masks, which I did not know about. There are different varieties of bananas. There are different varieties of bananas: sweet ones to eat raw and clear ones to cook and fry.
I buy bananas slightly green and wait until they turn yellow. Sometimes black spots appear and then I know that it is very sweet.
My recipe for banana cocktail.
- 1 banana
- kefir
- honey
- 30g oatmeal
A perfect post-workout shake and also a great breakfast.
