I have a few questions after reading your post:
What does the word biryani mean?
What flavor does it give if you use green cardamom instead of dry cardamom?
You precook the rice to 80%, is it different if you cook it from the beginning with the chicken?
Seeing the photos, I'd love to try it. Thank you for showing us part of your culinary culture.
