Power-Sic Week 45 / My Power Up of 60 Steem
Power up simply means instead of you withdrawing your Steem to the external wallet for trading or to another Steemit user, transfer it to vest which means transfer it to your steem power so you have more influence when you cast a vote on any user post.
If you keep powering up your account then there is a tendency for your account to grow faster, because the more Steem you power up the more your account grows and your curation rewards will also increase. After all, you have increased your voting weights.
Before showing you how I have powered up 60 Steem let me share with you the importance of doing power-up so you will be motivated to power-up.

Power up is very important to do as a Steemian because it is the Steem power that you have that will determine the amount of upvotes you can give to any user and the rewards you will earn.
Power gives you the chance to support more quality posts.
Power up increases you steem power, which makes you to have more influence over post-payout.
Power-up brings trust.
Power up helps keep the price of Steem Coin high.

The Steps in Doing Power Up. |

The amount of steem that I power up for this week, is 60 Steem which is greater than that of the previous week.
Step 1:
log in to your Steemit wallet by clicking on the wallet from your profile, which will then take you to the wallet interface.
Step2:
On the wallet page, click on the right-hand side and sign in successfully then click on your STEEM balance and select "Power Up," as shown in the screenshot below.

Step3:
Enter the amount of Steem you want to power up which in my case Is 60 STEEM and click on Power Up, as shown in the screenshot. After step 3, click on OK.
