Every week Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 9 Different contests are organized in this Steem Iron Chef community @steemit-ironchef and I enjoy participating in these contests.

In my house, I cook every day for our meals. We prepare various dishes for morning, noon, afternoon, and night like breakfast, snacks, drinks, and lunch. Every food is necessary for our health. Any accident may happen to us while cooking this. If we have more accidents during this time, many incidents also happen to me, such as food getting burnt, hands getting burnt and sometimes clothes also catching fire. Similarly, I had an incident about a month ago. Which I will describe here today.

This time, let's start the story of my accident.

The Day of April 20.2023

We usually cook on a gas stove. For this cooking gas, Titas Gas Transmission and Distribution Company Limited controls the gas transmission and distribution system in the districts of Bangladesh. That the government of our country gives us this cooking gas in the middle of a line. For this, we pay an amount every month for gas consumption. For this, we do not have to pay any extra fee for cooking all day. I pay for the number of gas stoves.

I was cooking during the day when I suddenly saw a fire coming out of one of my stove's burner keys. I immediately blew out the stove and extinguished it. Then at night, I was sitting in my bedroom letting the water boil, my son came and said, "Mom, is the fire coming out of the gas?" I again blew out the fire on the stove. Then the Eid holiday started, all the factories closed, maybe because the industrial factories are closed, the gas pressure is more, so the fire is coming out with the key of the stove. This happened two or three times in two days.

The day is April 22, 2023.

I felt that this stove is not good and during the cooking time it got ink on the bottom so I thought I will change the stove. That's why I called a stove mechanic and told him the problems. I told him if I change the stove, will this problem happen. So I went and bought the stove at night and installed it on the new stove. The next day is Eid. So in the morning while cooking, I see the new stove and fire coming out. I called from where I bought this gas stove. All the shops are closed on these days, he said I am sending people.

All shops are closed on Eid day, he said I am sending people, what problem will that person fix? After fixing the stove, a stove mechanic said that there is a problem with the gas stove. Now close the stove and cook. Will change after opening the shop. After a week when I went to the gas stove shop and said, my new stove is burnt, I bought it a day ago, and they changed it and gave me a new stove.

He told the shopkeepers that there will be no change, you will be fixed on the stove. So the next day people came from the company. They saw and said, there is a problem with the key to the stove, I will bring the key tomorrow and fix it. The company man did not come back and my problem was not solved. Today again 27-05-2023 this problem is happening. I am cooking very carefully when it catches fire again. I will go to the gas stove shop tomorrow.

This happened for several days. I was in the kitchen at some times, and I was out of the kitchen at some times. So I quickly took a photo of this gas stove to show the company.

First I was warned by my son about this, the problem was not solved so I called a stove mechanic. The work he did did not solve my problem. I went to the shop and they did not fix my stove. Now I will complain to the company.

Every time I turn off this right-site gas stove and do not cook anything heavy on this stove. Whenever I cook in the kitchen now, I turn off the gas stove when I leave the kitchen.

This episode left no bad memories for me and I am still going bare in this situation.

I feel so scared when I think about it.

Because fire is a thing that burns everything it touches.

Just by looking at the news channels, you can understand how many places, and how many countries are burning up. Even before Eid, several markets in our country were burnt to ashes. How many people have died, and how many people's only source of income has been burnt?

THE DAY OF 26 APRIL,2023.

So I am very afraid of fire, once the house is on fire, no one can save it.

So I will try to solve this gas stove problem quickly.
