Beef nihari



Breakfast🥣

For breakfast today was beef nihari and Tandoori Ruti.

We usually do this breakfast as a special one because every year during Eid-ul-Azha, the slaughter of animals is high in beef as well as beef Legs. We cook cow's leg bones which are delicious to eat with tandoori bread.

It is usually cooked with little spices especially ginger, garlic, turmeric, chili and garam masala and more water which can also be eaten as a soup.Oil is very little needed in this cooking, just Tarka it with a little oil and onion before eating.

Before serving, I served the onion with beresta lemon, chopped cilantro, ginger with green chillies which was very tasty to eat with tandoori roti.

This dish is a very popular dish in our country besides being made it at home which is available in hotel , and restaurants.

This dish is rich in calcium and is used when eating raw ginger for easy digestion.

This dish above was a small fish curry with plain rice, pea cheese curry, and Arum curry with shrimp.

Small was among the Carplet /Mola fish today.👁️‍🗨️

This fish is rich in vitamin A and is best suited for those with eye problems.
The most beneficial part of this mala fish is the head of this fish. Fish heads are rich in vitamin A.
So I fry these fish in a little oil in a little oil and then dip the small fish with ginger, garlic, turmeric, pepper, onion and tomato.

Pea cheese/Matar Paneer.

I've used Cooking cheese here. Cut the cheeses into cubes and shallow fry them.
Then I cooked these cheeses by pasting cashew nuts with ginger, garlic, and turmeric. Finally I've added some peas.

Cook lentils thinly.🥣

I boiled the lentils with just a little yellow,salt and water. Then did it with oil, onion, cumin and mustard fry as tarka.

On my food menu today I had a little heavy breakfast in the morning with roti and beef items. Which is high-cholesterol food.I put as fish protein, lentils and milk protein cheese, as low cholesterol, during lunch.
