Daily Menu Delicacies Week No. 29. date (29-07-2024) // CRISPY CHICKEN 🍗

Assalamualaikum how are you steemians .Hope you are well. I'm good to by the grace of ALLAH ALMIGHTY. My name is Jia I am on steemit as @jiya99. Today I'm participating in this contest. So let's start without delay.

So my today's recipe is crispy chicken made at home. It is very easy to cook and it is cooked delicious . Today I will tell you how to make it step by step when I cooked I took the pictures for your convenience so that it might be helpful to understand how to cook it at home better. So I will tell you step by step.

STEP 1

What you have to do is to take the chicken It is up to yours if you want to eat the chicken boneless you can buy the boneless or other . Ok first of all you have to wash the chicken well and after that add the water in the chicken in which chicken is dipped and the. add all the masalas just like red match haldi garam masala and salt according to the taste in that water.

STEP 2

Then add the onions that are chopped or you can grind it too and then boil it after do you want water gets dry on the medium flame let it means that the chicken is boiled properly .

STEP 3

No you have to get the chicken and dip into egg And then immediately dip into the rice flour (Maida). It is important you have to take the chicken and dip into the egg so that the rice flour stick to the chicken otherwise it will not stick properly . So this step is very important.

STEP 4

After dipping the chicken pieces wait for 1 minute so that the flour is stick into chicken pieces in a wise manner then after that put the chicken pieces gradually into the oil and and fried it into the medium flame.

After Frying you tasty crispy chicken is ready . This is very easiest way to make the Chrispy chicken at home.
