Housewives can win the hearts of everyone in the family with their cooking skills. In today's recipe, I will share with you how to cook fish with a lot of lati.

I cleaned and washed the fish fillets well. The stems were cleaned and then thinly sliced.
Let the water heat up in a pan. When the water is hot, I put the small cut leaves in the water. Next, pour the water into the basket and drain after cooking for two minutes in boiling water.
To fry the cleaned fish, we spread a little turmeric powder, chilli powder, and salt.
I put a pan on the stove. Heat oil in a pan and leave the fish in the oil. Fry both sides of the fish. While frying fish, care should be taken not to break the fish. When the fish is fried, I will keep the fried fish in a bowl.
I put a pot on the stove to cook the fish. Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry onions until brown.
I added ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt in quantity to the onion. Then I stirred it with a cup of water in the spices.
Ginger paste.
Garlic paste.
Turmeric powder.
Chilli powder.
Cumin powder.
Coriander powder.
Salt.
All Spices.
After grinding the spices well, I put the previously boiled leaves into the spices. I have mixed it well with a lot of lati masala.
After putting the kachurlati in the masala, I sauteed it for 2-3 minutes. Then I added a cup of water to a handful of lati.
Replace the pot's lid after you've added water. Cover the pot and cook for another two minutes.
I removed the lid of the pot and left the fried fish in the broth. Then again I covered the mouth of the pot with a lid. When the fish broth becomes thick, take it off the stove.
Took a bowl for serving. This fish recipe with warm rice and kachur lati looks very delicious. Today's recipe is ending here.
