Healthy eating is a diet or food that is productive for our body, It is also a kind of food that contain all those nutrients that our body needs, such as vitamins, minerals, calcium, iron, etc healthy eating are also dia et that provides the body with all the nutrients it requires for its optimal development and metabolism.
Healthy eating also means following a healthy eating pattern that includes a variety of nutritious foods and drinks.

The importance of eating foods that provide nutrients, minerals, and vitamins to the body, is unbelievable because our body needs the energy to be able to function and develop its daily activities.
Our body needs certain minerals also
to work properly. Essential minerals include calcium, iron, and potassium.
In another way if a body is healthy at some levels, obviously it will have optimal development in the body, with energy to carry out its daily activities and stand out healthily in all areas of its life;
Vitamins and minerals are needed for strong bones and to help your body fight infections.

Yes, I consider my diet to be healthy because eating a variety of foods and consuming less salt, sugars, and saturated and industrially produced trans fats, are essential for a healthy diet.
Well, I think so, because also eggs, milk, and cheese, are part of our diet.

The one I consume the most daily is rice and beans these two make a fusion out of habit, or out of necessity, but they have always been there either in the morning or at night
But we always try to vary and not have it so much,

This breakfast is very complete, since, milk is a source of protein and calcium, bananas complement our diet with vitamins and minerals, if they are raw, much better.

So my recommended menu would be as follows:
My breakfast for today
Today, for example, I eat beans as a breakfast with bread; yes, the earlier the breakfast, the better to activate the metabolism
My lunch for today was rice
While my dinner for today was fried yam.
In conclusion, I think that what is there is to balance the food that we eat, the kind of food we eat is matter to our bodies.
