Indeed it's a pleasant day with its blessings, how are you doing, how is everyone, family, friends, and loved ones. I'm happy to share with you friends some advantage of onion and as the case may be with its health benefits.

I realized that most us don't know the benefits of applying onion in our food while cooking and that is why I came up with this writeup but before I proceed I will like to appreciate Steemit Iron Chef for allowing my post to count in this community.
