Steemit Engagement Challenge S9-W5: “Perfect Menu From Home”.
Hello friends and wonderful chefs in the house, how has it been with you? I hope you are happy, healthy and fit. Good to see you again this week, in engagement challenge. It's all about food menus as enlisted in the contest and am very happy to tend my own lists as demanded. I welcome you all to the publication on the week engagement challenge “Perfect Menu From Home”.
Build your perfect menu with: (Breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner and ideal drink for you).
My perfect menus for daily meals at home, goes thus:
¶ Breakfast - snacks (bread, beans cake, fried yam/plantain or beans or tea and bread).
¶ Lunch - Roasted plantain and cooked beans porridge with molded Bambara nut cook(Okpa) and egg, white rice with vegetables stew, fruits and some beverages etc.
¶ Dinner pounded foods with vegetables soups, melon or white soup with assorted meat and fishes, porridge of rice and beans with chicken, white yam and Pepe soup etc.
✓ Talk to us about why you chose that menu and how often you enjoy it at home.
Yes, the choice is all about satisfaction, body balance on dietary and line of favourite foods, mostly the balance diet where those foods on the menu are frequently supplied without gab, my health is always stable, it's always like medication and food at the same time, remember I am chef meanwhile, one thing is the availablity of the foods, and the ingredients, the next thing, is how it is being prepared to attain the level and gauge of taste and nutrition expected for healthy stability and the general body well being.
✓ Highlight its main ingredients and what benefits you consider it provides nutritionally.
The snacks, are of energy and some vitamins, the roasted plantain and cooked beans porridge, are mainly of proteins and vitamins, including fishes, vegetables are all proteins and vitamins respectively, the pounded foods with varieties of wonderfully made soups and meats are balance diet itself in combination, the carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins, lipid, minerals and water of course. Some bones in the meat, sources some minerals, so looking at those food in great combination it's balance diet itself. Please consult your nutritionists for further education.

Estimating lounge food menu, the beans is of a measure, 5 Steem, the plants, at the sizeable quantity, goes for 4.5 Steem all with the current price, and the ingredients, used can cost 7steem just for the quantity I make for one time of launch and the grounded Bambara nut mold as shown below, is made costing 4 Steems and the total estimation, goes for 20.5 Steem.

El menú que nos comentas es saludable. Desayuno pan y torta de frijoles, en mi país no es común comer frijoles en el desayuno, pero si plátano y pan.
El almuerzo arroz con guiso de verdura, muy saludable además de jugo natural.
La cena sopa de verduras o de carnes y pescado me encanta ideal para cerrar el día de comidas.

Para el Desayuno y la merienda opciones muy nutritivas
El Almuerzo - Papilla de plátano asado y frijoles cocidos con cocido de nuez y huevo, arroz blanco con guiso de verduras, frutas y algunas bebidas es un almuerzo súper completo que creo que debería dejarte muy satisfecho.
Y para cerrar una Cena con sopas de verduras, frutas y papillas es una cena de reyes.

You have shared a very good menu males actually when I see the list of your snacks the beans and the tea and the green tea I think the beans are very nutritious and they are really good and their rich of fibre and as well as their rich.
