Greetings to you all friends and steemians, how has it been with you? I trust you are good. The year has begun freshly hence everything there about takes a new turn including health as captured in the this contest. I welcome you to my blog in attendance to the engagement challenge which has a topic that connects every living beings: Healthy Nutrition. My regards to Steem Iron chelf community.

What is healthy eating for you?

Healthy eating means eating a balance diets whicht is the foods that contain six classes of food: carbohydrate, proteins, minerals, vitamins, lipid and water. Those are the constituent of food that if one is consuming them, he or she, is categorised as one on healthy eating.

Healthy eating also, could be intake of consumables like food appropriately, on time and guage and again, the food or the consumables must have nutritional content that maintains the health of the consumer. The food must be well prepared suitably admissible into the body system and able to nourish the body systems at all times. A person on the consumption of such food is said to be in the category of healthy eating.

🔸 What is the importance of eating foods that provide nutrients, minerals and vitamins to the body?

They nourish the body systems, keep it healthy and fit at all times, it prevents contagious diseases, invariably, it boasts or produces the body immune system, hence fighting against germs and sickness causing agents, it makes individuals active at work and strong for functions.

Nutritious foods has the property of renewing and rejuvenating the age of people especially taken appropriately i.e it's anti-aging. It's the health of the eyes infact all the functional members of the body to actively participate in functional delivery. Because nutritious food keeps the healthy living going, it's economic savings too, because such person hardly fall sick except by nature, for hospital bills.

🔸 Do you consider your diet to be healthy?

Yes I do, it's wise to ensure my food is nutritious no matter the amount at all times. Every food I consume contains diet naturally or prepared.

🔸 Which are the foods that you consume most in your daily menu, do you consider that they are the right ones to maintain a healthy diet?

I eat porridge beans plantain, for proteins and vitamins, I eat fruits for vitamins, vegetables for lipids, fishes and many more including rice, yams and the like for carbohydrate since the contain starch.

By the way of diet preparation, we know which food is combinable with others to give the desired nutritious value, such as rice and beans, yam and plantain, yam and vegetable stew, soup and pounded foods, meats and some drinks.

🔸 Detail from your criteria a healthy menu for the day, (breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner, drink etc.

Days varies depending on which food type appetite I have for the day.
For breakfast: I can go for tea and coffee, bread i.e snacks because I need my body light and more brave in such hour.

For lunch, I go for my favourite food which is beans and roasted plantain porridge and add taking of some fruits or take soft drinks. Infact that day time, apart from porridge beans and roasted plantain, I love eating little things in combination which I know their nutritious values such as cucumber, peanut, oranges and more.

Then my dinner goes for soup and pounded foods or rice and stew well prepared but some days because of my body differences, I may not necessarily eat but can repeat the fruit of my choice such as cucumber and peanut.

Healthy eating is very important to everyone. Eating a balanced diet is what motivates me to work so hard in life because I don't joke with eating healthy food. You have nailed it all, and success is all I wish you.

Saludos amiga, tu alimentación además de saludable se ve deliciosa y diversa. Almorzar frijoles y plátanos asados es todo un lujo en sabor y nutrición y ni hablar de las sopas, estofados y verduras para la cena, d verdad, nos ofreces un menú muy atractivo y por demás, saludable. Es importante procurar incluir en nuestra dieta componentes de cada uno de los rubros alimenticios, proteínas, carbohidratos, lípidos, ya que estos aportan a nuestro cuerpo todo lo necesario para su desarrollo y normal funcionamiento.

Usted nos ha compartido un menú muy saludable y que además luce delicioso; los plátanos y frijoles son una combinación muy buena.
