Smoky Egg Plant Unique Recipe

Hi everyone
Today, I am going to cook a very delicious and yummy smoky eggplant with tomato curry. It's easy to cook and healthy to eat. Let's start it.
Ingredients
• Two brinjal
• Two tomato
• One onion
• Green chili
• Garlic one tablespoon (cut into small pieces)
• Red chili flakes 1/2 teaspoon
• Turmeric 3/4 teaspoon
• Salt according to taste
• Chili garlic sauce 2 tablespoon
• Lemon 1
• Sesame seed 1 teaspoon ( optional)
• Cumin seed 1/2 teaspoon
Cooking method
How to cook
• First of all wash brinjal dry it and put on medium flame to soften in the whole form.
• Now, I take a pan added one onion and cooking oil to two tablespoons, allowed it to cook until the onion becomes golden in color.
Added small pieces of tomato and green chili.
• Cooked it for one to two minutes.
• After this, I removed tomato and onion and added them to the blender jug to make a paste. I added little water to make a smooth paste.
• In oil, I added garlic, red chili flakes, turmeric, salt, and cumin allowed cooking for one minute, and now added tomato and onion paste.
• After cooking for two to three minutes added chili garlic sauce and lemon juice.
• Curry is ready, now checked the tomato it's almost done.
Peel off the skin of Egg Plant and cut into large pieces.
• Added Egg Plant in curry. Covered for one minute.
• It's ready to sprinkle sesame seed, serve with rice or chapatti. Its giving smoky delicious flavor, hopefully, you like it
