Daily Menu Delicacies Week No. 31 (15-08-2024) //Special and Exciting meal of the week 🥰

It was freezing yesterday when I woke because of the weather changes. Everyone in different family was complaining of cool here and there in my environment and was raining heavily till night. It is in a time like this people need something hot. I went in to my kitchen kitchen to get something that will make everyone warmed.
I quickly boil water and prepare tea with bread. We all agree that tea and bread is one of the fastest breakfast that doesn't require much ingredients nor much time for preparation. Rather, it simply requires boiling water, add 2 teaspoonfull of Milo and the same with milk.
Breakfast
Yeah tea is ready. I preferred drinking it with bread. How about you?After which, everyone felt warmed and energetic we became energetic. You know, carbohydrates works faster in energy restoration.
During afternoon, hubby require that I should prepare her favourite which is Honey Beans. I also like it because it doesn't require much time for preparation. The maximum it takes is about 30 to 45 minutes to get done.
Beans is a good source of protein that is essential for body growth. l believe it should be consumed at least 2 to 3 time on weekly basis. It is Rich in fiber also which help in lowering cholesterol levels and proper regulations of blood sugar.
Beans and Garri lunch
I use the following ingredients in preparing the meal. They are dry fish, crayfish, palm oil, seasoning cubes, onion ,pepper, garlic, ginger and curry leaf. We have different varieties of Beans, but l always prefer Honey Beans because it has high quality taste. I enjoyed it with Garri.
My evening meal was not prepared by me but my cousin. l went to christian meeting, on returning we realized that all doors in the house was opened. We where not scared because my sister who has our keys promise to come for weekend.
Dinner
While entering the house, we saw her eating Okra soup. Hahaha! She came an prepare it. We all know that okra soup is one of the common soup at my end. I was delighted because l had a relief of cooking at least.
Later in the night, hubby return back with two different kind of fruit which is banana and apple. I really like taking fruits at night before going to bed for proper digestion to avoid constipation.

Do you know that consumption of apple give us 10 health benefits? Research has shown that regular consumption of fruit can keep us off from hospital for some years.
Dear friend, from my pictures above you can see that l had a balance day meal.Carbohydrates in the morning and in the evening, then protein in the afternoon while vitamins comes in the night.

It has been a long time I ate porridge beans, you just make me remember I have beans in my kitchen and I need to include it in my family food menu today. Your food menu looks nutritious and appetizing,
