Steemit Iron Chef 2021 Round 02 Carrot arepa burger🥕 by @denissemata

Happy afternoon friends! Today I bring you my ticket to the Steemit Iron Chef, this week the ingredient is carrot. I decided to make some hamburgers and instead of meat, carrots and the bread I replaced it with an arepa and the truth was that it was delicious.

Feliz tarde amigos! Hoy les traigo mi entrada al Steemit Iron Chef, está semana el ingrediente es la zanahoria. Yo decidí hacer unas hamburguesas y hacer en vez de carne, zanahoria y el pan lo sustitui por una arepa y la verdad que quedó deliciosa.

To prepare the carrot burger we need:

• 2 large carrots.
• half an onion.
• coriander.
• 3 garlic cloves.
• 2 eggs.
• 1/3 cup of cornmeal.
• Salt.
• Pepper.

Para preparar la hamburguesa de zanahoria necesitamos:

• 2 zanahorias grandes.
• media cebolla.
• cilantro.
• 3 dientes de ajo.
• 2 huevos.
• 1/3 de taza de harina de maíz.
• sal.
• pimienta.

Grate the carrot, place the onion, coriander and garlic.

Rallamos la zanahoria, colocamos la cebolla, cilantro y ajo.

Add salt, pepper, eggs and cornmeal.

Agregamos sal, pimenta, los huevos y la harina de maíz.

This is how the mixture is ready.

Así queda la mezcla lista.

We assemble the carrot as we do with the meat and we are going to cook it with a little oil.

Armamos la zanahoria cómo hacemos con la carne y la vamos a cocinar con un poquito de aceite.

Once we cook it, it remains like this. It is a healthy option and it is very delicious.

Una vez que la cocinamos queda así. Es una opción saludable y queda muy delicioso.

We are going to make the arepa burger, we need arepas, tomato, onion, spinach, carrot nugget.
