"Recipe of the Day, Week No. 31: (MTN Rice Recipe)"
Greetings to all the chef in steemit iron-chef community. A happy weekend to you all. In this week recipe of the day, am delighted to present my entry. Before I start, I will love the following steemian to participate in this contest. @udylicious, @nancy0 and @josepha.
Ingredients needed for the recipe
🌸Rice 🌸 Red oil 🌸 Maggi 🌸 vegetables leaf 🌸 black pepper 🌸 onion 🌸 Egg 🌸salt
🌸 Crayfish
Method
🔹Pour in the rice into a bowl containing cool water, use a little salt to wash it thoroughly 2-3times. After washing, pour the rice into a clean pot, add water and parboil for 40minute.
🔹 Off the light and bring down the pot. Using filter, drain the water out from the parboil rice, place the filter under a running tap water and rinse the rice.
🔹 Pound the crayfish, wash the onions and slice, then, pour in the rice into the pot, add the pounded crayfish, the slice onions, black pepper, salt, maggi, red oil and water. Mix the mixture together and have a taste.
🔹 Place the pot on fire and allow the rice to boil until the water dries off.
🔹Wash the vegetable leaf, slice and keep aside. Checking on the pot the water has dry off, add the slice vegetables leaf and stir, then bring down the pot. The MTN rice recipe is ready.
🔹Wash the egg and boil for 30minute. Remove the egg and put inside a bowel of cool water for 3minute before cracking out to remove it from the egg shell. Use the egg to canish the rice and give an attractive look.
MTN rice recipe is a delicious delicacy that can be taken as a breakfast, lunch or dinner. Most people like eating this recipe in time like this, the summer time because it will keep the body warm.
MTN rice recipe has a benefits to maintain a good and proper health of an individual. Ingredients such as the crayfish, black pepper, onion, egg, vegetable used in this recipe has many nutritional health benefits that the body has benefitting from, it is not just a recipe but a recipe that offer what the body require, such as,
