"Recipe of the Day, Week No. 27: (Porridge Plantain and Beans )"

plantain is one of the healthy recipe that is commonly found in the world. It's has the following ability to;

It's gives enhancement to the skin
Both recipe contain fiber, Vitamins, minerals, potassium, protein, iron, folate to give a good health build up to the body.
Having listed few nutritional benefits in the recipe, let start the preparation.
Ingredients
🔸 Plantain🔸Curry leaf🔸Beans 🔸Salt🔸Crayfish🔸pepper🔸Red oil 🔸 onion 🔸Seasoning cubes
Select chaff, stone and foreign object out from the beans. Wash it very well, put inside a pot and boil.
Using knife, peel out the plantain, wash and cut into small shape.
Filter water out from the bean, rinse with Cool water, rinse the pot and pour in the beans with the cut plantain, add water and place on fire to boil.
Open the pot, check on the recipe if it soft to your desire, add slice onions, pepper, salt, seasoning cubes, crayfish, red oil, mix everything together and allow the pot open for 20minute to boil.
Wash the curry leaf, slice and add in the pot with enough oil, stir and off the light.
Ready to consume
Porridge plantain and beans is good for both children and adults. The recipe can be taken as breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Eating beans help in reducing risk of cancer. A preferable recipe to lower blood sugar, reduce weight loss, boost heart health, lower cholesterol and improve a healthy gut.
