"Recipe of the Day, Week #25: (Besan Ki Barfi)”

Today I am writing about an interesting and knowledgeable contest which is launched by @mvchacin all time my favourite topic "Recipe of the Day. Week No. 25" So, in this post I am going to share my point of view about this topic

Today I am going to share with you all the recipe of Besan Ki Barfi, it is prepared very quickly and is also very tasty to eat. It is available to us, whenever we wish, we can prepare it and accompany this anniversary. Today I have a great desire to eat meetha, so I had the ingredients for Besan Ki Barfi at home, so I surprised everyone by preparing Besan Ki Barfi because everyone in our house likes it.

The ingredients are as follows:

Gram flour
Desi ghee
Sugar

Two spoons of milk


Method


Step 1


First of all, we will put four spoons of Desi ghee in a pan. We will take Desi ghee according to the gram flour.

We filter the gram flour with the help of a sieve. Then we will put it in the pan and fry it in Desi ghee on low flame.

In 25-30 minutes, our gram flour will start roasting. When the gram flour is roasted and the aroma starts coming, we turn off the gas.

Step 2


Put a glass of water in a pan and take the amount of sugar in proportion to gram flour and when the water boils a little, then add sugar to it. When our sugar also dissolves. Then we clean the syrup by adding two spoons of milk in it.

So that all the dirt of sugar is removed and our syrup is completely transparent. Our syrup is ready in about half an hour.

Step 3


When we feel that our syrup is ready, it has become sticky. Then we will add roasted gram flour in it and quickly mix the gram flour in the syrup and immediately apply ghee on the whole plate and make it smooth and as soon as our gram flour and syrup are mixed well with each other.

We will immediately put that mixture in the ghee-coated plate and shake the plate with a light hand and spread it in the whole plate and set it evenly with the help of a big spoon.

Now we will keep it for some time to cool down. When it cools down, we will cut it into small pieces with the help of a knife and our Besan ki Burfi is ready. Then we will serve it to everyone.

This Burfi does not spoil quickly. You can easily keep Besan ki Burfi for 10 to 15 days and then eat it.
